Photography has always been an interest of mine. This site is my take on the art form.
Growing up in New Orleans, I began exploring photography as a kid taking our family polaroids. Visiting local museums inspired me to take my camera on nature walks with hopes of one day capturing an image worthy of a space on their walls.
Eventually, I graduated to digital photography in high school (on floppy disc before memory cards). I then had a habit of keeping a Casio Point & Shoot camera with me through college, but it wasn’t until later into my career as a meteorologist that I was able to devote more time to photography.
