These shots offer a glimpse into normalcy post-pandemic. On our first trip to New Orleans since the start of the Covid lockdowns, we were invited to a crawfish boil at a friend’s house. With all attendees vaccinated, we ate together, laughed, and shared a year’s worth of pent up stories. Near the end, Freedia and Tesla were let loose. They then immediately proceeded to run up to party-goers receiving shameless pets and belly rubs from everyone they encountered.
